SHIPPING, EXCHANGES & RETURNS

SHIPPING

Orders are delivered Monday to Friday, except on local or national holidays. Delivery times assume there are no physical or structural impediments (e.g., incorrect addresses, force majeure events, promotional periods, sales, and Christmas).

The shipping period is generally 24H to 48H, but this may be exceeded in cases of temporary stock shortages for an item or if there are other internal constraints preventing immediate order dispatch. The customer will always be informed of any significant delay.

We send orders to an address of your choice, except for PO boxes. When completing your purchase, you can choose a delivery location for the shipment, which may or may not be the same as the billing address. This feature allows you to send a specific order to a different address than your usual one, for example, to your workplace.

It is not possible to choose a specific delivery time. If no recipient is found at the destination address, the courier will make a new delivery attempt on the next business day.

SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping costs for the Armara online store to mainland Portugal are €4.95. For this destination, orders equal to or exceeding €30 will not be charged any shipping fee.

For the Azores and Madeira Archipelagos, the shipping cost is fixed at €20.

For Germany, Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Slovenia, France, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Lithuania, Netherlands, the cost is €15.95.

For Germany, Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Slovenia, France, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Lithuania, Netherlands, the cost is €16.95.

For all other destinations, the shipping fee is €20.

RETURNS

If you have already received the order and it has a problem or if for some reason you are not satisfied, you can return it within 30 days from the date of receipt of the order.

We can only accept returns of products that are still in their original condition.

The cost of the return is borne by the customer and our store is not responsible for any losses during the process. If the merchandise is lost during the process, there will be no exchange or refund. For your security, the package should be sent by registered mail.


Once we receive your return at the warehouse, you will receive an email with the notification and we will process your refund, according to the items we received at the warehouse. Only the value of the items will be refunded, and the shipping costs will not be reimbursed.

Refunds are made within a maximum of 14 days from the date of receipt of the return at our warehouse, using the same payment method used in the original order. We alert the customer that they should claim the absence of a refund within 15 days after delivery of the order to the carrier.

Arsmara reserves the right to refuse returns where communication has been made outside the established deadline, where the items are not in the same condition as when they were purchased or were acquired free of charge through contests held by the brand.

EXCHANGE A PRODUCT

If you have already received your order and it has a problem, or if for any reason you are not satisfied, you can exchange it up to 30 days from the date of receipt of the order.

If you wish to exchange any item purchased at ARSMARA, please contact us via WhatsApp +351 968 866 773, email arsmaralda@gmail.com or the contact form. You must inform us by email of the new product/colour/size desired.

We only accept exchanges for products that are still in their original condition.

We cover the cost of shipping for the first exchange; the cost of shipping the product back to our store is the customer's responsibility.

Once we receive the item in our warehouse, you will receive an email notification and the exchange will be processed within 5 business days. You will receive a shipping confirmation with the new tracking number by email once the order leaves our facilities.
